Patiala Assistant Commissioner (R) Kirpal Veer Singh has appealed to the public to lodge their complaints using the Digital Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) for timely redressal of their grievances.
PGRS Giving information about the web portal, Kiral Veer Singh said that the one-stop web portal launched by the Punjab government to provide citizen-centric services to the people of the state in a smooth, transparent, and corruption-free manner is a very effective and immediate redressal of people’s complaints. Settlement is in progress.
Assistant Commissioner Kirpalveer Singh said that through this portal developed by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DGR and PG) through the latest technology, any citizen can also submit their complaints to the concerned government departments at www.connect.punjab.gov.in because all the departments are linked with this portal.
Kirpal Veer Singh further said that the Punjab government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, is committed to timely redressal of people’s grievances. He said that PGRS is functioning as a central portal where complaints from all citizens can be lodged on the portal itself, through email, post, or in person at service centres.
He said that apart from this, complaints can also be made on the MSewa App, Helpline No. 1100, and WhatsApp Chatbot No. 9878971100 on the email address grievance.pb@Punjab.gov.in, at the rate punjab.gov.in can While citizens can also lodge their complaints with the Chief Minister’s Field Officer’s Office or CMFO Officer Login and SMS about the process to the complainant informed.
